I just wanted to say thank you. We bought a wonderful cowboy Teepee from you only to find that it was missing part of the pole. I contacted yourselves on the next day, a Sunday, more in hope than expectation and not only did I get a prompt call back that day, but the tent pole arrived within the next couple of days.
