The Monmouthshire Show is an annual celebration of the best of our local community – rural trades, talents and tastes.
Inaugurated by the local farming and town communities 200 years ago, the show has certainly moved with the times, but one of its aims is still to represent life in the wonderful Wye Valley.
Every year we attract thousands of visitors, young and old and there is something for all of them.
We have exciting demonstrations, displays and parades in the Main Ring, our Music Stage speaks for itself and there’s even a sheep shearing competition.
Sheep, cattle, dogs and horses compete for showing honours and show jumping is as popular as ever.
Amongst a whole host of other things, there’s a Home and Garden marquee, Craft and Shopping Mall, Food Hall and a large trade stands section, offering a wide choice of goods and services.
So come and join us for a great day out on Saturday 7th July 2018 there is even a large TV screening the England match!
